BEE'S HONEY

Honey  is a food, usually found in a viscous and sugary liquid state, which is produced by bees from the nectar collected from flowers and processed by the digestive enzymes of these insects, being stored in combs in their hives to serve them as food. The darker the honey, the richer it is in minerals, consequently the stronger the flavor and aroma. Clear honey is considered poor in minerals and has a more pleasant flavor and aroma. The aroma and flavor of honey are those of the flower of origin, ranging from mild sweet to strong sweet and may have an acidic or bitter taste.
